balsamic brussel sprouts

my uncles recipe

3 cups brussel sprouts cut in half

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp worcestershire

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

dash salt and pepper

in a saute pan, add olive oil and place on medium heat.  add brussel sprouts, balsamic vinegar, worcestershire and salt and pepper.  gently toss the brussel sprouts in the pan and cook on low to medium heat for 25-30 minutes.  remove from heat and  add parmesan right before serving.

    • Sure thing! My uncle made these one night and I just had to call him and ask him for the recipe because it was so good! You can also cook these in the oven if you don’t have a big enough sauce pan or no room on the stove!

  2. This is an outstanding way to cook brussel sprouts. They are a love it-hate it vegetable and this recipe would make lovers of the brussel sprouts. MRS. BUTTERFINGERS says they do roast beautifully in the oven. Virginia
