easter hors d’oeuver
my family is famous for having so many hors d’oeuvers before dinner that everyone gets full before dinner, but still eats anyway. must be the italian blood. so for easter we tried to keep the hors d’oeuvers light and simple so we could save room for all of the delicious food we made! here is a fancy way to dress up just plain cheese and crackers.
1 package of Trader Joe’s Chianti red wine artisan salami
1 package of Trader Joe’s rosemary and olive oil asiago cheese
2 cups grapes
just cut the salami and cheese and place neatly on dish. cut vines of grabs to create little bunches of 5 or 6 grapes. so simple but using specialty items can really make this elegant!
