12 red potatoes

1 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1/4 cup melted butter

salt and pepper to taste

pre heat oven to 375 degrees.  wash potatoes and cut into halves.  melt butter in bottom of baking dish, then cover totally with parmesan cheese so you cannot see the bottom of the dish.  place potatoes in baking dish on top of cheese face down.  sprinkle salt and pepper on top of potatoes.  bake potatoes for 45min until the cut side of the potato is brown.  turn off oven and let sir for 15 minutes.  such an easy and delicious recipe!

    Hey Laura, I work with your mom and she shared your blog with me…you have another new follower. I think your efforts to document your family recipes is awesome idea. Anyway, I made these last night. They were a perfect side dish for a Quiche Lorraine I was making. The kitchen smelled amazing while they’re cooking too.
