2 tbsp balsamic vinger
2 tbsp lemon flavored olive oil
dad’s fish seasoning (dill, tarragon salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc)
heat grill to medium heat. rub salmon with any fish seasoning you would like. my dad made up his own mixture with these ingredients plus a few more i cant give away ;). Let the salmon sit with seasoning for a while (30min or so). mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and pour over the salmon. grill for about 15 minutes (more or less depending on the thickness of the fish). enjoy this perfect healthy summer meal!
