velveeta mac and cheese

my mom’s recipe


1 box of small shells

1 can evaporated milk

1/2 of velveeta cheese block, cubed

1/2 stick of butter, cubed

1 cup parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

preheat oven to 350 degrees.  cook shells according to directions (about 10-12 min) and drain.  spray a baking dish with cooking spray and pour pasta into dish.  pour evaporated milk all around the pasta.  take the blocks of cheese and butter and place all throughout the pasta evenly.  sprinkle with a healthy amount of salt and pepper.  sprinkle the top with the parmesan cheese.  cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.  after an hour, remove foil and cook for 10 minutes to brown the top.  this isn’t one of my healthiest recipes but it sure is delicious!
