1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp oregano

heat 2 tbsp of the olive oil to medium heat in a skillet.  mix all  dry ingredients together in a bowl.  take 1 tbsp of olive oil and rub on salmon.  place each salmon in the bowl with the dry rub mixture and coat salmon until completely covered.  cook salmon on skillet for about 4 minutes of each side until the samlon creates a nice crust.

  1. I’ve been wanting to cook salmon at home (but haven’t attempted it yet), I need to try this! The avocado mango salsa looks so tasty as well!

    • You should!! It was SO easy and very tasty! It was a little spicy so beware, but you can always take out the chili powder and or jalapeño if spicy isn’t your thing! please let me know if you try it!

  2. Yummm salmon… my fav fish

  3. This looks beautiful! I do something quite similar with salmon and mango salsa, but it never looks as good as that. I love the idea of using a spice rub on the salmon – I usually just grill my plain. I will definitely be adapting my recipe!
