the easiest alternative starter to a salad!
2 large avocados
4 tbsp sour cream
8 tbsp italian dressing
salt and pepper
take each avocado and cut into halves, removing the pit. remove each half from the skin and place each half on a plate. you can slice the avocado half to serve or leave whole! place 1 tbsp sour cream (or a dollop) on top of the avocado half and top with 2 tbsp italian dressing. sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top to serve. the recipe yields 4 starters. so healthy and so easy!!
