8 cooked chicken tenders (spiced and grilled however you like)

1 can sweet corn

1 can peas

1 crown of broccoli

1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1/2 of the soup can of milk

1 package grand biscuits (i got extra buttery!)

1/2 tsp sage

1/2 tsp red pepper

1 tbsp butter

salt and pepper

preheat oven to 350. chop cooked chicken into bite sized pieces, set aside in a medium bowl.  boil some water and cook broccoli until bright green, about 5 minutes.  drain and chop.  add broccoli, onion and canned vegetables to bowl with chicken and stir to combine.  in a sauce pan on medium heat add cream of chicken soup and milk. add spices, salt and pepper and mix together until combined.  add chicken and veggie mixture to cream mixture and mix until all incorporated.   spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray, add in chicken and vegetable gravy mixture.  cut butter into small cubes and place on top of mixture.  arrange your biscuits on top of the casserole, using all of the biscuits in the package. bake for about 45 minutes or until the biscuits are done and the mixture is bubbly.  such a hearty and comfort dish!
