watermelon salad

aunt linda’s recipe

1 small seedless watermelon

16 fresh basil leaves cut into julienne strips

1/4 cup crumbled feta

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh lime juice (I used 2 small ones)

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/8 tsp pepper

cut watermelon into bite size pieces.  add the rest of the ingredients and toss.  let sit for a couple of hours in refrigerator before serving.  enjoy this easy, healthy summer salad!
