avocado turkey burgers

my own recipe


1 lb ground turkey

1 avocado, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 yellow bell pepper. chopped

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper

in a bowl, combine all ingredients (saving some of the diced avocado for topping).  mix until combined and form 4 small patties.  heat grill to medium heat and cook on each side for 8 to 10 minutes each.  serve on a bun topped with avocado or in a lettuce wrap!
