steak kabobs

my own recipe

marinade:

1/4 teriyaki sauce

1/4 steak sauce

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

3 tbsp agave (or honey)

2 tbsp hot sauce

kabobs:

3 steaks, cubed

3 bell peppers (any colors), cut in big pieces

1 onion, cut in big pieces

1 pineapple, peel and cut into chunks

10 wooden skewers

mix all ingredients in marinade together and poor into a big plastic baggie.  place steak cubes in the baggie and let marinate for 2 hours or overnight.  to assemble kabobs, alternate placing the peppers, onions, pineapple, and steak on the skewers (should yield 10 skewers total).  spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to a medium heat.  place skewers on the grill on cook, rotating the skewers, for about 10/15 minutes until the veggies have grill marks.  enjoy!

  1. Kebabs are such a good way to stretch a meat entree. I like the flavors in your marinade.

  2. Your kabobs look delicious! I like your combination of sauces for marinade.
