ground turkey egg rolls

my sister’s recipe

1 package of raw coleslaw

1/2 medium onion, sliced

2 tbsp. oyster sauce

2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce

1 tsp. soy sauce

3tbsp. olive oil

1 package of egg roll wraps

cooking spray

small bowl of water

preheat oven to 425.  brown turkey in a sauté pan on medium heat.  in another pan, pour in1 tbsp. olive oil and sauté coleslaw pack and onion until soft. once meat is cooked add oyster, teriyaki and say sauces and mix well.

create yourself a work station with the meat, veggies, wraps and water.  to assemble the egg rolls, place1 tbsp. of the meat mixture and 1 tbsp. of the veggie mixture in the middle of the wrap at a diagonal.

fold the wrap over the mixture half way.  dip your finger in the water and rub the corners then fold the corners over. then finish rolling the wrap up and seal with more water.  place the rolls on a greased baking sheet seem side down so they do not open up.  brush each roll with the remainder of the olive oil so the rolls can brown.

bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.  serve with dipping sauce of your choice!
