pumpkin cinnamon granola

my own recipe

3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup honey
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp nutmeg
preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix together oats, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cashews together. in a separate bowl, whisk together oil, honey, and pumpkin puree. combine wet mixture to dry mixture and stir until combined. add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg and stir until incorporated. pour mixture on to a baking sheet and spread out to create an even layer. bake for about 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. serve with your favorite yogurt and fruit!

    • Thanks so much! I like it because you can really add anything you want to it! I was going to add dried cranberries but forgot to buy them, oops! If you add dried fruit, just do it after you bake it!
