light banana pudding
my own recipe
1 8oz box sugar free vanilla pudding mix
2 cups skim milk
1 cup vanilla almond milk
4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 8oz container of fat free cool whip topping
1 box fat free vanilla wafers
in a bowl, add pudding mix, skim and almond milk. whisk together using package instructions (about 3 minutes) until mixture becomes thick. add two of the sliced bananas to the mixture and combine. fold in greek yogurt and whip topping. begin to layer!
first layer – vanilla wafers to cover the bottom of your dish
second layer – half of the pudding mixture
third/fourth layer – banana slices & vanilla wafers
fifth layer – second half of pudding
sixth layer – remaining vanilla wafers and banana slices!
cool until ready to serve! a healthy version of a beloved southern dessert!
